T-shirts sizing, colours, choosing and returns.

Choose your size and colours before adding your t-shirts to the cart, then proceed to the checkout.

We recommend you choose the colour we have displayed in each of our listings images as some of our available colours may clash with certain motifs, and we have specifically chosen the most suitable colour t-shirt for each of our designs. However, different colours are available for you to make your own motif colour combination.

Font / Text Colours

You can also select the text / motif colour you require on many of our products. There are many styles and colours available - please see colour chart (below).

Which Size Should I Purchase?

If you are not sure what chest measurement you might require, measure one of your own shirts across the chest from armpit to armpit and double it to make the total size around the chest. For example, if your shirt measures 17inch as in the diagram, double that to make 34inches which is equal to size X-Small 34". If you are still unsure of which size then please contact our support team either via live chat or e-mail.

Delivery Policy

• We post all our orders first class royal mail / recorded delivery. Whilst the majority of first class despatched orders arrive within 1-3 working days it can sometimes take longer with the royal mail. These are the guidelines the royal mail provide us with, and which we have to adhere to should you contact us. If you have not received your order please check you have not been left a card by the royal mail to arrange a collection / redelivery from your local despatch office. If your order does not arrive after 15 days from despatch please contact us and we will track your order.
• We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date / event unless you contact us prior to ordering to request one. We will not refund your order or accept a return if your order is considered to have arrived late unless you have payed for guaranteed delivery and have received confirmation we can deliver for a specific date / event.

Returns / Exchange

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order and we will happily exchange the item / size or colour.
• If the size(s) you have ordered do not fit correctly, we will despatch the correct size(s) replacement only. We do not refund orders due to an incorrect size / fit. This is due to internal costs as all items are made to order.
• We do not credit return costs, unless the order you wish to return is faulty or an incorrect item has been despatched.
• Please ensure returned item(s) are in a resaleable condition. Please ensure when initially trying on products you are not wearing make-up, perfume, deodorant or anti-perspirant which may leave marks on the product. Products returned smelling of tobacco, smoke / fumes or obviously been worn / washed will be declined exchange / refund.
  
• Valid / Defective returns will be dealt with immediately for replacement or shop credits. (Exchange for an item of the same value). Any defective items can be returned for replacement only. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item(s) ordered are incorrect / faulty.
• If the item you have received is faulty, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please e-mail support@retrobay.co.uk quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
• If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail support@retrobay.co.uk quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 28 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us.
  
• All items must be returned before a replacement / shop credit can be issued.
